Can I cancel my order?
You can request a cancellation if your order has not been picked or packed. In this case, you'll receive a gift card for the value of the items you wish to cancel. Please note, as this is a change of mind, refunds are not available. For assistance, contact us at [email protected].
Can I amend my order?
We'll do our best to make changes before dispatch. To ensure the best chance of amendments, please email us within 1 hour of placing your order. (Excludes weekends and public holidays; we will respond on Monday morning). We may not always be able to accommodate changes during busy periods, like sales or holidays.

We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow extra time for peak periods or sales.
How long will delivery take?
- Standard delivery: 6-12 business days
- Expedited delivery: 2-4 business days
