Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order before it has been picked or packed.
If your cancellation request is approved, you will receive a store credit (gift card) equal to the value of the cancelled item(s). Please note that cancellations due to a change of mind are not eligible for refunds.

Can I amend my order?
We will do our best to accommodate any changes before your order is dispatched.
To maximize the chances of a successful amendment, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

- Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During peak periods (such as sales or holidays), we may not be able to guarantee order modifications.

Has my order been dispatched?
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday).
Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons or promotional periods.
How long does delivery take?

- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
