We offer a 60-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

If more than 60 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • No stains, odors, or damage
  • All original tags and packaging (including bigsusa tags) must be attached
  • Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected and returned to the customer.

If your return request is approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return address and shipping guidelines.

⚠️ Please note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please:

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing may take 1–3 business days)
  3. Contact your bank for further processing time

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be refunded
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@bigsusa.com.
